Location: Leisure World of Maryland, Clubhouse Two, 3300 N Leisure World Blvd., Silver Spring, MD. Directions Description: "A Great Gatsby Party!" Jazz Quintet performance. Christiana Drapkin is thrilled to be invited back for a concert on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We celebrate F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel with tunes from the Roaring Twenties and musical numbers that evoke that era. In between the musical numbers, Christiana is reading excerpts from the outrageous party chapter. Great fun story-time for adults. Come and dress up in style! So proud of our band lineup: Bob Butta on piano, Halley Shoenberg on sax & clarinet, Shawn Simon on bass, and Phil Cunneff on drums.
